IMPORTANT CH3 2008 MARGARITA HASH
NOTICE
The
Hesperia Hotel have let us down by not allocating sufficient standard rooms
for our Hash on the weekend of May 16/17/18. Their deluxe rooms are now
being offered at almost double the price of the standard rooms we had
previously agreed, and they wished to add a surcharge covering `maid and
bell-boy tips'!
A decision
has been made by the CH3 Mis-management Committee to switch venues to the
hotel that was our choice for the 2005 CH3 Margarita Hash. (It too is sited
on the famous Playa el Aqua in Margarita)
Do
not make any booking with the Hesperia.
We will be
coordinating your reservations with the new hotel through a Caracas based
travel agent and we shall have the new information out to you early next
week. This travel agent can also help you with flight
arraignments.
