Melina is gathering the information for the Puerto La Cruz Hash next month and is in need of some information from those who intend to join us. The Hash will be for the full weekend and therefore  we need to book some accommodation and workout travel arrangements etc. So if you would all provide the following information ASAP we can start to get things moving for what should be one seriously fun Hash!!!

    1. Every hasher needs to write or call Milena to let her know how
        many people are going to be in their group. (this is the most important thing)
    2. How many people are going with their own car and if they have spare
        seats available for other hashers?
    3. If there are any people who would like to stay from October the
       11th
    4. How many people are willing to share a room.

The prices for the rooms are:
    Bs. 150.000 for double rooms
    Bs. 170.000 for rooms with three beds
    Bs. 200.000 for Junior Suite for 3 people.
    Bs. 300.000 for a Suite for 5 people.

    These prices might change until the negotiations are over.

THE MAIN THING HERE GUYS IS TO GET THE INFO BACK TO MILENA ASAP AS THIS TAKES QUITE A BIT OF ORGANISING AND WE ONLY HAVE ONE MONTH TO DO IT!!!!

Next week a lot of the guys who have been away for the summer should be returning and at present we do not have a host and hare for next Sundays Hash (16/9/07), Do we have anyone out their who is going to step up to the mark for this one????
