El Volcan Hash & Chili Chow-Down
Are you feeling hot, hot, hot? If not, join us as we hash up the 'volcano' & then chow down some chili afterwards. We guarantee that any heat from the mountain, the hash, or the chili will be quenched by the cold beer which will flow afterwards!

Time: 3:00pm for a 3:30pm start; to ensure folks show up on time... beer will flow at 2:45!
Take Autopista Prados Del Este towards La Trinidad. Go through the tunnel ... take a left at the next intersection ... and a right at the 2nd light (Proctor & Gamble building).
From P&G, go towards El Hatillo & take a right at the 5th light, by the tall CM sign (Central Madeirense); see the map to the right.
Wave at the vigilante as you go by & take the second right, where the street ends at
a black and yellow barrier. Along that street, we will meet by the baseball field on the left; park anywhere along the street.
|  | Hash Insight:
During this hash we will be climbing into the beautiful hills above El Hatillo. The route is quite strenuous and NOT buggy-friendly. Remember to bring some water and your cameras, as the views from the hilltops are quite spectacular; well worth any aches or pains. We recommend wearing hiking boots... but they will cost you a down-down penalty!
| | After the hash: We will 'caravan' to Mike's for down-downs and a chili fest. Mike lives in Los Samanes (Edificio La Mirage II, Apto 21-B), three buildings up the hill from Centro Comercial Los Samanes.
Costs: Normal "Food Hash" Charge:
= 15kBs for adult males
= 10kBs for adult females
= 5kBs for children
