To all members of the Caracas Hash House Harriers Mismanagement Committee,
The first meeting of the Mismanagement Committee in 2006 is scheduled for 7 PM, Wednesday, January 18th at the home of Eivend Svendsen.
The first objective of this meeting will be to ratify the changes to the committee that were decided and agreed upon during the last committee meeting, which was held on November 8, 2005.
During that meeting, the committee accepted the resignation of Barry Blacklock as GM and the appointment of Eivend Svendsen as his replacement. The other changes to the committee that were agreed to during the meeting are reflected in the following link: http://www.caracashash.com/cat_index_20.shtml.
All members of the Caracas Hash who would be interested in taking responsibility for any or all committee positions have the opportunity to express their interest by replying to this email before the scheduled meeting and to be in attendance at the meeting to allow the committee to consider and finalize all appointments. In the event that competition develops for any position, the committee is prepared to allow the membership to participate in an open electoral procedure to choose between competing candidates.

Beyond changes to the committee, the agenda for the meeting will include our plans for Hashes in 2006 and all other issues that are presented for consideration.
All interested Caracas Hash members are welcome to attend the meeting; however, we would greatly appreciate that you confirm your attendance by replying to this email.
