To all members of the Caracas Hash House Harriers Mismanagement Committee,
AND, to all members of the Caracas HHH who are interested in becoming members of the committee or providing input during the meeting,
I am scheduling a meeting for 6 PM on Tuesday, Nov. 8th at my house - Quinta Ma-Pa, Calle Roraima, Valle Arriba. I propose that the Hash buy pizzas and beer so that we don't have to worry about dinner later!
Agenda items include:
- Confirming Hash dates for the rest of 2005 and January 2006.
- Finalizing plans for the Hash Christmas Party, which is currently scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 3rd. Willy Schaugg and friends will be hosting this year's party.
- Discussion related to a special Hash #555 event in early 2006.
- Discussion related to an international or regional Hash #600 in late 2006 or early 2007.
- Election of new mismanagement committee.
- Issues related to t-shirts.
- and, any other topic tabled during the meeting.
