Hash #526: "Avila Trek" Hash & Deli Extravaganza

Time: 3:00pm for a 3:30pm start
Location: La Castellana, Edif. Usua.
Directions: Edif. Usua is located on the east side of Avenida Eugenio Mendoza (Ppal de La Castellana) between Los Granados and Primera Transversal. Look for a big tree with a CH3 sign on it. Hash Insight: This will be a challenging hash, going up into the Avila range... assuming no new rains have washed it away! Any efforts should be rewarded by the the beautiful views, flora & fauna. Even Nicole got turned around following her own false trails; she needed a refreshment break (spiked?) to recover her bearings. This Hash will NOT be a friendly for buggies or real little ones; children should do fine. We strongly suggest hiking shoes or tennis shoes with good grips.
We will offer a place to "entertain" those who cannot participate in the hash... even though it may be in the kitchen! After the run/walk festivities, the group will be treated to sausages and deli-type sandwiches. You will also be able to view the area you just came from. Bring good attitudes and we will provide the altitude!
Costs: The normal "Food Hash" charge will apply: 15kBs for ex-pat adults, 10kBs for local adults, and 5kBs for children.
