CANTER Mid Atlantic is a free service offered to active Mid Atlantic racing trainers and owners to help them find non-race homes for their retiring racehorses. CANTER Mid Atlantic covers Charles Town (WV), Mountaineer (WV), Laurel (MD), Pimlico (MD), Bowie (MD) and Fair Hill Training Center (MD).

CANTER charges no fees to list a horse, but the horse must meet certain requirements in order to qualify for our listings.

This group is for those who would like to stay in touch with CANTER Mid Atlantic volunteer activities.

Volunteers are always needed in several different areas: track visits, publicity and PR, as well as handling and grooming horses.
