I know I typically only send out Jose Canseco related news to this list,
but I wanted to take a moment to pass on my thoughts and condolences to
anyone out there who was involved with or who had any friends or family who
were involved with today's terrible tragedy.

Living in Pennsylvania, I will be donating blood tomorrow, and I encourage
