What it takes is action... One kiter to put in effort...
And then you see what suport you get from the community...
You can start... it up// It will take lots off effort..
It can be done in Sections... as well...
As I did getting PASA Certified for Snow and Water... to offer newcomers more
safety with
Certifed Lessons... It does cost to get certified and time...
I sell kites and do Kite Repair as well... to help support the teaching side...
