I was considering kiting in the Toronto area tomorrow. Since I haven't been
out here yet this year I was wondering about the water temperature. With
the predicted wind direction I would probably go to Keswick or Allanwood.
Any comments regarding water temperature, sutiablilty in the gusty winds
predicted, or suggestions for other suitable sites?
