I went to Puerto Rico last winter to teach and ride and had an insane time
with a variety of conditions. Are you able to go upwind yet? I'll be
teaching down there with another coach from November until April and we can
show you around, give high quality intruction at any level and find you a
safe place to stay with good secret kiteboarding spots close by. There are a

Guanica PR section for an idea of what its like. Not many French speaking
but lots of Spanish! Let me know if you would like to know more.

I'm looking for an (island) paradise where I can kite, take further
kite lessons, and also live on the cheap. Somewhere like Cambodia. A
french speaking place would be helpful too.
