Spring League is 2 games on Saturday (starting late March/1st week of
April with tournament the weekend before Memorial Day weekend).

I forget what the exact times are, something like 10am and 11:30am for
the first games and 1:00pm and 2:30pm for the second games. You either
play at 10:30 and 11:30 or 1:00 and 2:30. You'll never have a 10am game
and then a 1:00 or 2:30 game.

There is usually no practice unless you have a team that signs up.
Because the teams that get selected (if you sign up as an individual and
get drafted) don't know who is on their team until the Saturday or
Sunday before the first games.
