The following letter was handed out at the recent home game v Hearts,
I've copied it here for anyone who wasn't there!
To all members,
The committee would like to make you aware of the following
procedures.
In order to accurately determine if one bus or two should be booked
for any game we will be taking names for all fixtures, both home and
away.
The reason for this is that we are trying to avoid the following
situations,
1. That we book one bus and that it becomes overcrowded.
2. That we book two buses which run half full and unnecessarily cost
the club money.
Names will be taken on the bus as usual, but if you want your name
down for a match and are not travelling on the bus in the weeks prior
to that match you should contact one of the Bus Stewards to put your
name down.
Names should be put down a minimum of three days before the match
date.
Please do not "just turn up" on the day of the game as, although we
would try to accomodate you, you might not be allowed to travel on
the bus.
If your name is down for a game which, for any reason, you will not
be attending please inform a Bus Steward as soon as possible.
Failure to do so will result in you being charged your bus fare
anyway.
