From March 16th - March 30th we will be running elections for club
committee positions, with final voting and results announcement at the AGM
on the evening of the 30th. All club members are invited to nominate
themselves to one or more of the following roles if they would like to be
included as a candidate in the vote.

As you can see there are a lot of positions available, including some new
ones, so we would really like it if there were a lot of candidates to
choose from. Don't be worried about offending other people that may
already hold the position - competition for roles can only be healthy for
the long term prosperity of the club.

Please note that all applications must be with the consent of the nominee
and be seconded by another club member as per this excerpt from the Club
Constitution.

c) All nominations of candidates for election shall:
i) have the consent of the nominee;
ii) be in writing;
iii) be seconded;

To nominate yourself please contact me by email or post with your seconder
either CC'd or confirming your nomination in a separate communication. All
nominations need to be received by March 15th at the latest. I will reply
with confirmation that I have received your application.
