As we approach the first weekend of competitive cricket, I though I would
send out a reminder about the importance of making your availability known
to a captain if you want to get a game.

The onus is on you as players to let your availability known to one of the
captains by the end of Wednesday preceding the weekend of games. There is
opportunity at training on Wednesday night or even the previous weekend's
game, otherwise you will need to contact at least one of the captains
directly. It is also useful if you can let a captain know if you aren't
available.

This weekend we have a 1st team game on Saturday and a friendly fixture
against Warboys on Monday. Teams will usually be announced at some point
on Thursday via this distribution list and on the website.

See you at training tonight - remember even if the weather isn't good
(which looks likely tonight) training will still be on.
