Introducing The All New Cambourne CC Website   Message List

Some of you may have already noticed but there has been a big change to
the Cambourne Cricket Club website. As well as a new look that
incorporates the club colours, it also offers a wealth of new features.

http://www.cambournecc.com

Thanks to Mr Tandy who contributed the new banner and for anyone
interested the Latin "Vincere delectando" translates to "to win through
enjoying oneself". This has been independently verified by Professor
Philip Ford, the Latin expert at Cambridge University!

Most of the content from the old website has been migrated across so news
and forum archives will still be there. Usernames and passwords are also
the same as the old site but if you haven't got a login as yet you can
register and get access to extra features. Feel free to login and
contribute to the discussions going in the forums and comment on the news
articles.

May I bring your particular attention to the survey on the front page
which we need as many members to complete as possible so we can show
evidence to the council that Cambourne residents want and would use
all-weather training facilities. Its only 3 questions so will only take a
few seconds and will go some way to getting our application approved.

May I take this opportunity to remind everyone about their membership fees
which are now due. Its especially important for members who didn't play
for us last year to fill in a form in good time so we can register them
with the CCA otherwise we can't play you in a competitive game. Bring a
cheque book along to one of our training or social sessions and we can
sort everything else out from there. Penalty match and training fees begin
from 3rd May.

Thanks
