Membership fees and forms for 2008 are now due so please try and get your

Senior (18 or over on 1st May 2008) : £45 (£5 per game)
Junior (Under 18 on 1st May 2008) : £25 (£2/£3 per junior/senior game)
Family Membership : £55

Forms
=====
Senior and Family:

Junior:

Hard copies of forms will also be available to fill in at training
sessions and other club events in the lead up to the start of the season.
Cheques are the prefered payment format, please make them payable to
"Cambourne Cricket Club". Hand in your form to myself or any committee
member, making sure the person that collects fills in the Admin section at
the bottom of the form so your payment can be verified.

To encourage prompt payment and also give the captains greater selection
flexibility the following rules have been agreed by the committee:

- The price of Annual Membership will include club training sessions,
which normally take place during the season (1st April to 30th September)
on the Lower Cambourne Outfield on Wednesday evenings between 6pm and
7.30pm.

- Non members are welcome to training sessions but will be charged a fee
of £2 (juniors and seniors) per session.

- Non members who are selected for a game but haven’t paid their
annual membership fee will be charged £10 on matchday for temporary
membership for seniors (instead of the usual £5) and £5 for juniors
(instead of £2/£3).

- Members who want to play but genuinely can’t afford the fees can
contact our welfare officer Ed Garratt in confidence to discuss membership
options which will be dealt with on a case by case scenario.

Kind regards

Stuart Charles
Club Secretary
