We are delighted to be able to announce that the first competitive game of cricket will be played on our new ground in Upper Cambourne this Saturday as our 3rd XI take on Sawston IV. The ground was signed off on Wednesday after successfully completing 2 training sessions in previous weeks proving that the pitch was safe to play and indeed played much better than many other grounds we have visited this season. There is going to be more work required to get the game going in Upper Cambourne (e.g. moving scoreboards and equipment, putting up the gazebo etc) so an extra bit of help on the day would be much appreciated.

Here are the teams this weekend, will all players meet at the pavilion at 12.15pm, including those who are playing in the 3rds as we need to move equipment and tea facilities from the pavilion to the new ground.
