Winter Adventure Racing comes to the Sierra!

WHERE & WHEN:
The first annual event will be held in Northstar at Tahoe's
backcountry terrain on Saturday, January 8, 2005.

COST:
$180 per team (teams are two people: coed-men-women)

HOW IT WORKS:
Maps, clues and guidelines are handed out prior to the start. Teams
then choose how to best reach the control points to complete the
course.

GEAR:
Anything goes! Use your telemark, randonee, splitboard, airboard,
touring, snowshoes or anything you want to go up, down, over and
around.

REGISTRATION:
Registration is limited so sign up TODAY! Registration closes
Wednesday (MIDNIGHT), January 5th. Register online at

ACCOMODATIONS:
Stay at one of Northstar-at-Tahoe's area condos or Village rooms for
as little as $83 a night. Packages start as low as $83 per person,
per day, based on double occupancy in a studio condo. Other rates
and unit types are available.
