I thought it was interesting and worth sharing with all you paddlers, that the
two survivors of the overturned raft that resulted in the death are being
charged with "illegal operation of a watercraft while under the influence of
alcohol".
 
I know I've been known to tote along a 6-pack on my kayak, so I found that an
interesting development.
