Sometimes we're all just too busy to browse the web. We have too many
RSS feeds embedded on our homepages, email newsletters are SO 1998 and
lets be honest...we're all getting just a little sick and tired of
Facebook...admit it...it's true.

Fortunately, the evolution of the web never stops...so now we've got
Twitter <http://www.twitter.com/> .

I've avoided twitter like the plague for over a year now. My early
impression was that it was just a dumbed down blog. It's not...it's
quite amazing once you get your brain around it. I finally have and I've
decided that it has tremendous potential for Checkpoint Zero and the
Checkpoint Tracker Adventure Racing Series
<http://www.checkpointtracker.com/> in particular.

In the short-term Checkpoint Zero will be using Twitter to complement
what we're already doing...beyond that we're experimenting with some
very cool ways to leverage it. More on that soon.
