We have 60 teams signed up for this year's Laacke & Joys/Mid-America
Xtreme Urban Frog & Tadpole Adventure Races on June 17th in Milwaukee,
WI. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS JUNE 1st.

This year's Frog course will feature three bike segments. One 20 miles and
the other two 15 and 12 miles. There will also be two runs, one 1 mile and the
other just over 2. We will have one paddling segment of about a 1/2 mile.
Then there are the mystery events and do we have some great ones planned.
The event will take 5-7 hours to complete. For those that want to get their feet
wet, we have the shorter Urban Tadpole that will take 2-3 hours to complete.

We'll have huge swag to give a way including a trip from Midwest Airlines
Vacations. Plus, we'll have a big bash at the end featuring a band and beer!
This year's presenting sponsors are Columbia Sportswear and Outpost
Natural Foods. Also sponsoring this year will be Wisconsin Orthopaedic
Hospital of Wisconsin and Midwest Airlines Vacations. A portion of the
proceeds go to The Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC
