Laurent, By "fly surf" do you mean using a windsurfer with the wing-like sail that flips from vertical to horizontal just before take-off? I haven't seen that...

Re: Kite Surfing... You can go upwind with a kite. From what I've seen (never tried it) you get the kite very low to the water and carve the board real hard....
