Hi,

I came across your website in cyberspace.  After years, I’ve been contemplating getting back into a new sport.  But, I’ve always had issue with finding descend launching places for a beginner / intermediate level.  Dewey’s my favorite, but too far.  I am very disappointed with the general condition of the Potomac river.

After surfing the internet, I came across your site.  I think it would be a fantastic idea for those of us in the greater Washington, DC area to have one central site to share our experiences in the “open” new social media way. 

Let me know what your thoughts are.  At a minimum, the remaining local shops should prominently have a link to launch sites; with lots of rich media and feedback for the community.
