| Dear Baltimore/Washington DC area Windsurfer: The Hampton Inn at Lakes bay has been sold for $7.8 M as of late October 2008. The new owner recognizes the Windsurfing activities at Extreme Windsurfing as assets to his property. As a result, the Windsurfing activities and the Extreme Windsurfing business will continue at this Lakes Bay location for many years to come.
