Hello,
I'm a freelance writer and frequent contributor to the Washington
Post and Washingtonian Magazine. My web page has links to a few of
my articles.

I've been thinking about putting together a book that covers all of
the outdoor adventure activities in the Washington/Baltimore area.
But before I undertake this task, I wanted to see if there's any
interest in such a book from various outdoor clubs in the area. The
book would cover everything from hiking to hang gliding, skiing to
skydiving (see complete list below). There's already a National
Geographic A-Z adventure guide for the world. But it has major
errors in almost every chapter and it doesn't focus on the
DC/Baltimore region. If you think that this guide would be useful
(or if you think it's a bad idea), could you please contact me
directly at:

Please don't reply to this message and clog up the e-group.
Thanks,
Matthew Graham
