Who has PICTURES with a resolution of 300 dpi (whatever that is)?
Who volunteers for the writing? I wouldn't mind but I would feel more comfortable doing it with someone with more experience...

Eles vao fazer um reportagem sobre beach ultimate e queriam que lhe enviassemos imagens e um pequeno texto sobre nós.
Pensei que seria mais interessante associar a vossa associação a esta reportagem.
Assim se estivessem de acordo nos iriamos enviar um texto sobre nós e sobre a vossa associação.
Para isso apenas preciso:
1. algumas fotos de beach ultimate nos vossos eventos (com qualidade minima de 300DPI)
E o nome do fotógrafo e as pessoas fotografadas
2. Um pequeno texto sobre a vossa organização e contactos.
Penso que isto é uma boa oportunidade de divulgação, até mais interessante para vós do que para nós.
Eles pediram-me muita urgência e por isso agradecia que me respondessem logo que possível.

Press Photo Request for Marco Polo Guide
Dear Madams and Sirs,
we would like to mention Discos Voadores in the upcoming publication "Marco
Polo Lissabon (Lisbon)" in an article about "Beach Ultimate".
Marco Polo is Germany's best selling travelling guide book
(www.marcopolo.de).
For illustration we need some pressphotos to make the article look lively
and interesting for the reader.
It would be very kind of you if you could forward us free press photo
material.
The pictures should be ready for press and have a resolution of 300 dpi.
(And most notably the authorisations of the pictures should be clarified
(who took them, who is owner of the copyrights?),
so that we can publish them without any hesitation.)
As we are working under extreme time pressure, we would highly appreciate a
fast reply. Just a few photos attached with an email would be great.
