For anyone not following the NLL's CBA talks, they had til midnight
Monday night to ratify a new agreement and they didn't. The NLL then
made the decision to cancel the 2008 season so unfortunately we won't
get to see the Bandettes take the field this spring. I would imagine
that Bandettes tryouts, scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday, will
likely be cancelled as well but I'm waiting to hear official word on
that from the Bandettes head coach. Stay Tuned.
