REGISTER THIS FRIDAY NIGHT FOR THE DOYLESTOWN RACE

The Panera Bread Bucks 5K Series is expecting a record-breaking number
of runners for the Doylestown Red, White, and Blue 5K on May 24th. The
same is true for the 1-mile Fun Run. You can beat the crowd by
registering this Friday night, May 23rd at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
School at 222 E. Ashland Street in Doylestown. The hours are 5:30 to
7:30.

Here's something to mark on your calendar: Johnny King-Marino will be
putting on a pasta party at his Advanced Health and Performance Center
on Doylestown's First Friday in June. That date, June 6th, happens to
be the night before the Chalfont Challenge and two nights before the
Eagleman 70.3 Triathlon. It will be a great way to carbo load and
socialize with all of your fellow endurance athletes. Stay tuned for
