Hey, Runners,

The 2008 Bucks 5K Series race schedule is now posted on
www.bucks5kseries.com. You can either register online or print an
application and mail it to us.

Individual race fees are unchanged from last year. You can still
save money by registering for all seven races. This year, your
reward will be our special moisture-wicking T-shirt. This year's
custom shirt will have long sleeves. In addition to the 5K races,
each organization will stage a 1 mile run, as well as other special
events. For the first time, the Doylestown 5K race will include a 5K
fitness walk. Many of the other races will include 2 mile fitness
walks.

Each 5K course has been officially certified by USTAF. As always,
Compuscore will provide computerized timing and scoring, while
Baldasari and Leestma will manage the finish line.

We are pleased to announce that, for the first time, all of our races
will use the ChampionChip. As you all know, our growth over the
years has been substantial. Now we'll be able to accommodate even
more runners as they cross the finish line and provide quicker
results.

As you begin to make your plans for 2008, why not incorporate the
Bucks
5k Series races into your training plans? They are a great way to
build up your speed as you train for the longer races later in the
year. Better yet, give a 7-race package to your favorite runner as a
Christmas present.

By supporting the Bucks 5K Series, you'll also be lending a helping
hand to seven important non-profit organizations. In 2007, we raised
$99,000 for the YMCA, New Hope-Solebury's Scholarship Fund,
CancerFit, SERTOMA, Bucks for Kids, CB Cares, Chalfont's Park and
Development Program, and Special Equestrians.

If you'd like to volunteer, make a personal donation, be a sponsor,
or contact us about any ideas you might have to make the Series even
better, please contact us at www.bucks5kseries.com

Have a great new year and, as you train, remember the words of
Cervantes:

"The journey is better than the end."

Dick Patterson
