Dear Runners,
Here's the latest news from the Bucks 5k Series. Please let us
know if there are ways to improve this newsletter. We respect your
opinions.
CB FAMILY YMCA RACE
The Series kicks off with the CB Family YMCA race on March 14th.
Enjoy both the 5K race and all of the St. Patrick's day
festivities – face painting, Blarney Stone painting, a bagpiper,
and more. In addition, a 1-mile fun run will be the first race in our
series of 1-mile events. Learn all about these events and the entire
Bucks 5K Series, by visiting www.bucks5kseries.com. If you
haven't yet registered for the race, you can register online or
print a registration form at www.bucks5kseries.com.
SERIES MOISTURE WICKING T-SHIRT
Runners who register for all seven races will receive FREE, an
athletic, moisture wicking 2004 Bucks 5k T-shirt. The only printing
on it will be our Series logo. If you haven't yet registered for
all seven, don't delay. Do it now, or at the Series Table at the Y
race. We'll be taking size orders on race day and plan to deliver
the T-shirts at the New Hope-Solebury Spirit Run on April 4th.
BROAD STREET RUN TRAINING PROGRAM
Our custom training program kicks off next week. It's designed to
help you set a PR at Broad Street, run your first 10 miler, or just
finish the race feeling strong. The Y race is included in the
program. Visit www.bucks5kseries.com and click on the Broad Street
logo to get more information.
