BUCKS 5K SERIES NEWS

Our new 2004 brochure/application has just been mailed. You should
receive it in the next several days. The first race on March 14th ,
at the Central Bucks Family YMCA, is fast approaching. You can
register in 3 ways: mail back the application, download an
application from www.bucks5kseries.com, or register online at
www.bucks5kseries.com. If you register for all seven 5K races,
you'll receive a free, moisture wicking T-shirt with the classic
Bucks 5K Series design.

Coach Mike Clarke and Dick Patterson have developed three training
programs to prepare runners for their first, or best, Broad Street
Run. These 8-week programs integrate the first 3 races of the Bucks
5K Series into a training program designed to help all categories of
runners perform at their peak on
