a few quick things...
- Please read the email below. John Drury is a current rugby player for Towson University, majoring in Bus. Admin., who is looking for an internship. For those of you who don't know John, he plays touch with us during the winter and summer off-season. He's a great person and a great athlete. He wants to play for BC when he graduates. We can show him, and other college players, our commitment for keeping good young talent in the area by helping him now. Please respond to him if your department or your company provides internships. This is an easy way to recruit and we need to take advantage of it. His contact info is below.
- The Rites of Spring tournament is quickly upon us. This is a tournament that Baltimore has hosted for 29 years and has always generated funding for the club. This year I have no doubt that it will be one of the best. A catering company, Not So Simple Fare, owned by former player Paul Fordiani has agreed to cater this event. For those of you who have worked the tourney in the past you know that this is an enormous weight lifted off the club. What that means is that the club now has to shift our focus to other things and other ideas to make this tourney a success. I will be assigning jobs by the end of the week to every player. I will pass along the contacts that I have and details of what you need to do. EVERYONE will be doing something.
- Don't forget tonight is the
guest bartender night at Mt. Washington Tavern. Everyone is required
to attend.

to have the internship approved by May 12, and be working there when the
class starts, the class starts 2 weeks after that. I will get in touch
