Dues, Playoffs   Message List

All,
This is a reminder to bring your dues to training tomorrow night.
Although most have you have paid, there is still a number of others who
have not. Please do not make me continue to bother you for this. These
are very inexpensive dues for a club in our area and you get much more
than what you pay for in terms of fields, food, beer, gear, etc. You
can either bring cash or a check payable to Baltimore Rugby Club (or
BCRFC). $50 for new and $100 for existing players.

Separately, New Haven defeated White Plains 19-10 on Saturday, which
means our playoff match on April 14 will be against White Plains at
their home pitch. This will be a rematch from last year when we came
out on top 13-9 at home, but it will be much more difficult this time
around as we are on the road and White Plains is an improved side. More
to come on travel details but it should be about a 4 hour drive to their
home pitch. We will NOT be renting a bus but may rent some mini vans
for the trip. We will be able to drive up Saturday morning; although it
will be an early departure (probably around 7am), so if you would rather
drive up Friday night that is fine. I'm sure the majority of us will
make a night of it and return Sunday but we will discuss in upcoming
trainings.

If you haven't CIPP'd yet, you're in danger of being unable to play in
the playoffs. We currently have 34 guys CIPP'd and we've been having
more than that at training so obviously some of you are not in
compliance yet. Lastly, get fit; and don't just use practice and game
days as your opportunity to do this. It's amazing how much easier of a
game rugby is when you're fit. You need to make sacrifices these next 2
weeks if you want this club to advance. Only you know if you've been
putting the work in. Have you?
