Fellas,

In order to play rugby in the USA, one must register with USA Rugby
via their CIPP program. This is an annual $35 fee that every player in
the US MUST pay in order to play.

This is for new players (you must create an account) as well as for
returning players.

To be eligible to play in our playoff match on April 14th, everyone
MUST be CIPP'd no later that Tuesday, March 27 - that is less than one
week from today!!!!!

Let's get this done. I am certain that you do not want to sit on the
sideline during a playoff match.
