Hi John,
ON the boards people call me Tae. LOL, anything else, and noone will know to
whom you are speaking with. :^)

Tae(pronunced Tay) means to kick, kick, or stomp with the foot. Su(Chinese)
means hand, and Jutsu(properly meaning techinque or science in Japanese), So the
system itself is the "Science of the hand and kick"

It was certified on Feb 7, 2002 by the Kajuklenfu Budo Kai Kan Kenpo, and is a
mamber of that family and the American Freestyle family.

I hold BB rank in Korean Japanese, and Okinwan styles, and my original system
was Chinese Wing Chun, which traditionally does not have a belt rank.

I was certified as a 10th Dan on Feb. 4, 2004 by the Unified Martial Arts
Federation.

My students are required to learn basic Anatomy, Physics, and physiology for 1st
Dan, since waht I teach is a science of the body as much as a means of self
defense.

Peace,
Tae

Hi Debbie-Tae?

I think that it is ever so interesting that you have invented your own MA. Can
you tell me what the name translates in English as. I also invented my own
martial art (called Jojutsu, or Jopo) however I am afraid that i now realise
that that name has already been taken! :-(

Oh well i guess i'm gonna have to start practicing with my Jo-staff now then
lol! peace.

LOL, Yes John, I am more than aware of the metaphor Jesus used.  However, he was speaking of the word of God, and how it would divide the houses of Isiealites who had married pagans, when the Jews would come back to the law.

It has nothing to do with war.

P.S Nahni has gained some more weight and I think her lungs caught up. She threw a fit today and I think she put a banshee wail to shame with how long and loud it was. At least it means she is healthy and she stopped after taking five ounces of formula. LOL

Martial artists and citizens often confuse honor with tactics. Many times in the
martial arts world we try to translate a sense of honor into combat. While there
may be a time when enough is enough and then survival turns to sadism. But the
truth remains that once you have made that kind of decision, your greatest
chance of survival is to show no quarter to your end means.
What exactly is honor? Honor is a way you conduct your life. It is a code by
which you choose to live. By being trust worthy and showing mutual respect for
others through out every aspect of your life. In a sport, playing with in the
rules agreed upon and trying your hardest with in the rules develop character
that pours over into your every day life. And surprisingly most times, even the
nastiest competitor will hug his or her opponent after the contest.
What do they mean when the say tactics? Tactics are about what needs to be done
to get a particular task accomplished. It also infers that you accomplish your
task as fast as possible by using whatever means necessary. Pausing to "take the
high road" will take more time and that translates into opportunity. Lost
opportunity for you, found opportunity for your enemy.
This is just the way it is. Live your life honorably, and protect your life
tactically. Always remember to treat others the way you want to be treated. And
always finish what you start, and do it honorably
