first of all you only strike with the heel or ball of the foot.kicking
with the toses will break them.yes i mean the pubic bone.as far as the
breast goses. yes they are good targets. but they are 90 per cent
fat . they are sensitive because of the skin nerves.to do the real
damage you have to hit the mussle underneath.and or the lungs if the
blow is hard enough.the female fighters were wearing a bra with
