I knew where you got it or more to the point that it is much older
than any of us. :^)...my great granfather use to qoute that to us
when we were young, and I heard it many times from elders when on the
reservation.

Ah, but whose forest, and whose trees? We all see different things
in different exchanges. I and others here saw something else going
on...something alittle more than maybe you and some of the others
were seeing just by reading the words. So it would depends on whose
forest you are looking from. ;^)

This could be so, because life is not as simple as the series
portrayed it. I liked the series, but the ideas at times were a
little over the top.

Sorry we disappointed you, however, noone is perfect.
