there are drills for this and go for the throat or eyes now the
second question is it depends on several things one is his ability
to take pain and if he on something or has a lot of addrenalin
pumping next is angle and point of inpact you have to hit the balls
if you hit the front of the groin or pubic hair its less effective
and if you hit under neath the groin but miss the balls it less
efective and one more point is that it wont stop an attack like
getting choke or punched but it usally stops a rape but the guy can
still hit you or what ever but if everything is done right you can
kill a man or girl with a groin shot
