Hello all.

The cycling club will have a table at the Undergraduate Activities
Fair on Thursday, 6 September from 7pm to 10pm in the OMAC (setup will
begin at 6pm). This is the second day of classes, if I'm not
mistaken, and a particularly important event for freshman deciding
what activities to dedicate themselves to.

We're looking for volunteers to help prepare for the fair and man the
table. We need both recreational enthusiasts and racing team members
as volunteers, although I would personally ask all racers to help if
possible since this is an important recruiting event.

Please e-mail me at graham_anderson@... if you want to help, and
let me know what you would like to do (aka being at the table,
designing handouts, general planning, etc.), and when you may be
available (aka schedule on first day of classes, when you will first
be on campus).
