I am moving to be closer to where I work, but the current three other roomies plan on staying for at least another year. -3 considerate, inclusive, active, tidy, FUN, friendly roommates who get along super well (1 girl, 2 guys in their mid-late twenties who are professionals/grad students)
-they like to cook, watch good TV shows/movies (not junk :) and play sports (e.g. Frisbee)
-non-smokers, sometimes have mellow parties (a few times a year)
-regular hours (not loud and up all night)

-for just $600….. (INCLUDING *ALL* UTILITIES!!!)
-huge house split into 3 levels with an apartment on each; we have the first floor apartment and other tenants are very quiet

-optional cable/Internet hook-up, with main TV in common room
-huge kitchen, several common closets, living room, large front foyer/sunroom, huge front deck for BBQs, etc.

-quick access to several T-stops (green C line: Washington Sq, Dean Road….. green D line: Beaconsfield, Brookline Village)
-just minutes from the popular restaurant and shopping neighborhood of Coolidge Corner
-just minutes from Brookline Village (public library, more restaurants, etc.)
