Derby Storm signed ex-Newcastle Eagles centre Chris Fite plus his team
mate of last season forward Carl Miller who was cut last week in
Manchester. Guard Wayne Mulgrave returns to the club after two years out
while All-Star John Tresvant returns for a second season. The club have
also postponed their opening two home games due to technical problems at
their new Thunderdome home.
