Leicester Riders have signed 6'8" American forward John Potter who
averaged 21.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game for France Pro B side
Vichy last season.

Brighton Bears signed 2.11m American centre Charles Claxton. Claxton
spent the 1997-98 campaign with Lithuanian outfit Atletas Kaunas where
he averaged 13.9 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Chester Jets released Canadian guard/forward Shaun Hartley to Dutch A
League side MPC Donar Groningen.
