had spells in Iceland, Venezuela and the USBL last season.

London Towers re-signed 1.98m England guard Steve Bucknall for a second
spell with the club. Bucknall spent last season at Italian side Reggio
Emilia.

Newcastle Eagles signed Canadian guard Andrew Mavis from Chester Jets
and American guard Shahid Perkins.

Edinburgh Rocks re-signed American forward Michael New for a second
season.

Newcastle Eagles re-signed American guard Ralph Blalock for a third
season.

Leicester Riders signed 1.89m American point guard Troy Coleman who
played the last two seasons in the International Basketball Association.

Milton Keynes re-signed American centre Broderick Bobb for a second
season.

Manchester Giants named Andre Alleyne as assistant coach. Alleyne was
head coach at Milton Keynes last season.

Milton Keynes re-signed American Kelvin Robinson for a second spell at
the club. Robinson played for the Hemel & Watford Royals during the
1996-97 season and since then has been playing in South Africa for
Peitermaritzberg Tuskers.

Austrian side Kapfenberg signed England international ventre Ben Baum
from Greater London Leopards

Belgian side Okapi Aalst signed American forward Tim Moore from Greater
London Leopards
