Thames Valley Tigers forward John McCord has been named the Budweiser
Player of the Month for November. Nick Nurse of the Manchester Giants
won the coach’s award.

Thames Valley signed British centre Neville Austin from Belgian club
Bree. Austin started the season at Birmingham and has also played for
Towers and Tigers. In a related move, Tigers released Marco Fernandes.

Leicester Riders have parted company with Canadian Derek Christiansen.

London Towers Martin Gottfried and Roger Duhaney will undergo surgery
tomorrow for injuries. Both players will be out until the New Year.
