Yeah I know, I never thought this stuff would work either, but honestly I stand
corrected. This place http://www.listpersonals.info/issw is actually very
awesome. I hooked mycam up and within no time I was talking to a few great
ladies over it. Anyway, I recommend it to everyone here!
Sorry for the advertisement, but I am a Carolina Hurricanes fan 24/7
12 months a year. I don't like not being able to talk about the team
year round. SO, I made a YAHOO! Group called
Hurricanes_Past_And_Present. Its like its name, you can talk about
any Carolina Hurricanes player, past or present. I want this group to
be successful and active, and I can only do that with you! The fellow
hurricanes fans! so if you are interested feel free to join!
I agree!
#1 Bret Hedican fan!

I don't know how much stock that I would put in this
story. As a season ticket holder we were sent a letter
in the form of an email from the owner of the
Hurricanes and he assured us that he was not
interested in selling the team or even moving the team
to another location.
He was encouraging all of us to renew our plans for
tickets. I don't think that our Hurricanes are going
anywhere. With all the new changes that have come
about this past year with the new coach, we are
destined to make a come back (if there is a season
next year because of the strike).
I think that there have been job cuts out at the RBC
Center in case the NHL strikes, but if that is avoided
I fully expect to see my Canes take the ice in
September for the Caniac Carnival and for games in
October.

I don't forsee this happening, either. I surf the hockey rumor sites all the
time and I haven't seen anything about it. I would be shocked to see it take
place. This team is on the upward swing, I just feel it. #1 Bret Hedican fan!

to buy the Colorado Avalanche. I could not comprehend why he would do
this. Yeah, they had one bad season, and a sub par season this year.
That is no excuse to QUIT on the team. After all, they did make it to
the Stanley Cup finals, two years ago this month. Its possible to
reach that goal again.
For those of you who don't care, ignore this post. For the others, I
was interested to see if we could start a petition on and off line
and I was curious to see how many of you would sign it. I am
persoanlly outraged that the owner would even think about selling and
moving the team. The son told both my sister and her boyfriend that
his father was looking to either trade all the players that he could,
and then have the other's contracts bought out.
Can we petition this? If we can, who is willing to help?

It won't let me post the picture to the website, so if you want me
to send it to you just send me your email address and I will send it
to you directly.
Thanks,
Mandy

Yamaguchi's Salute to American Music presented by McCormick." The
live event will be taped as a special to air Nov. 30, 2003.
Congratulations to Bret & Kristi!!
Hi everyone
I'm new here! My name is Caroline, I'm from the UK. Hockey was a big
part of my life a few years back and Bret was one of my favourite
players so I'm just checking up to see what's become of him!

Hedican Honored by WCHA
Congratulations to
former SCSU skater Bret Hedican on being named to the
WCHA's Top 50 team on Dec. 20. Hedican is being honored
by the league this year, as being one of the WCHA's

Hedican played at SCSU from 1988 to 1991, and has played
since that time in the NHL. He currently skates for the
Florida Panthers of the NHL. Congratulations Bret!
Bret scored his first goal as a Hurricane today
:)

And the New Bret Hedican Website is up! Its a
miracle.. only took me 3 days.. if only I always updated
that quickly :)

<a href=http://www.brethedican.com

Hopefully his talents will be more appreciated in Carolina than they were in
Florida. He is one of the prolific defensemen, even though his numbers are low.
Bret has been traded to Carolina from Florida. It
was inevitable, as Keenan seems to enjoy getting rid
of Bret (guess who was coaching when Bret was in St.
Louis, Vancouver and now Florida lol). We wish him well
with the Hurricanes - he'll have a few former Canucks
to hang out with in Martin Gelinas and Arturs Irbe.
The Panthers have an e-mail address that you can
use .. it is

Bret played an awesome game tonite.. you'd never
know he hasn't played in an NHL game for the last 5
weeks.. he was awesome :) He's gotta make Team USA :)

It's only the second Panthers game I've seen this
season (the first being the one I went to in Edmonton)
... and I must say, with Bret back in the lineup the
Panthers were MUCH better...and they won 2-0 :)
