Tournament Registration fees: $500 per team
Unregistered US Futsal Federation players fee $15 per player
Numbered Tri-Valley Futsal Jersey $20 per player

Black shorts, black socks, shin guards, and non-marking flat soled shoes
required but not provided
Transportation to Anaheim, CA
Accomodations in Anaheim, CA

4-5 day hotels @ approximately 105-120 per day (Sleeps 4-5)
