Indonesia Sending Team to AMF World Championship, Seeks National Coach

JAKARTA (7-25-03) - Persatuan Olahraga Futsal Indonesia (POFI)
announced that they have sent an official letter of confirmation to
the Asociación Mundial de Futsal (AMF) confirming that they will send
Team Indonesia to Asuncion, Paraguay, to compete in the AMF World
Championships this November.

The Team Indonesia traveling party will consist of 18 persons,
including players, officials and a referee.

POFI also announced that it is seeking a futsal coach-physical
trainer to prepare Team Indonesia and develop the skills and physical
strength of the players.

Any futsal coach interested in the post should contact the POFI
secretary at pbpofi@... and at the same time attach his
resume and terms.

Only the shorter list of candidates will be contacted within one
month's time for an interview via telephone, the POFI announcement
said..

POFI joined AMF this past July 4 in order to take part in AMF events
and represent Indonesia on the international stage.

AMF is the new name of the Federacao International de Futebol de
Salao (FIFUSA), which was the original governing body for Futsal in
the World.
