Interesting story of Jerry Habedank's cross-USA ride following Adventure
Cycling's Northern Tier route. He rode a Tour Easy and towed a trailer.
"Habedank averaged 61 miles a day, but had three days over 100 thanks to
tailwinds. One of the best days was 112 miles on June 26 en route to Havre,
Mont." He'd planned to take 90 days to do the 4010 miles, but it took only 64.
Habedank said. ''We really didn't push too hard, but it was probably the rest
days. We didn't take too many.''
