I believe Julio Jr. is a real contender, his Dad would not let him fight if he did not think he was legit.  Hey Boxing Guru tell your DAD that the great Mando Ramos from Long Beach, Cal died in his sleep last Sunday 7/6/08 at the age of 58. My Father in Law mailed me the LA Times article and obituary today. Man talk about memories.

Did anyone see the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs Matt Vanda Fight from
Mexico on Sat.? JC Jr. got PUNISHED! It was a close fight, but even
the Mexican fight fans didn't like the split decision for Julio Jr.
Booing, and throwing beer and objects at him! It wouldn't have been so
bad, except that one of the judges had it 100-90 (10 Rds. to 0!) for
Julio. Jr. had his head down as they read the scores and then popped

in the youtube search box, I think someone posted the decision there.
